The user authorization procedure has been changed since 17.10.2024:

1) in order to optimize the authorization process, the password for the user's account has been excluded. Users often forget their password for their account, which in practice led to the user being blocked if the password was entered incorrectly more than three times. The user was unblocked only by contacting the registrar, which caused some inconvenience;

2) if you are logging in for the first time on the current device (personal computer, smartphone, etc.), the system will automatically request a device verification code sent to the mobile phone number registered in the BMG (Mobile Citizens Database). This procedure is implemented in order to ensure information security and after 30 calendar days from the moment of successful verification, the user will need to repeat this procedure.

Reference. If an incorrect phone number of the user is registered in the BMG, the correction of such number is carried out through the web portal of the "electronic government" (egov.kz).

We also recommend not to transfer your digital signature keys (personal or from a legal entity) to third parties (including employees of the organization, colleagues, etc.), since according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, administrative liability is provided for this. Thus, according to paragraph 5 of Article 640 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan (https://adilet.zan.kz/rus/docs/K1400000235#z2140) the illegal transfer of the private key of the EDS to other persons entails a fine: for individuals - 10 MCI, for officials, small business entities or non-profit organizations - 15 MCI, for medium-sized business entities - 30 MCI, for large business entities - 150 MCI.
